Shipping Policy

Nevarre works with major international shipping partners like FedEx, PostNL, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who collaborate with local couriers — so we can deliver directly to your door.


Processing & Payment

You'll be charged for your order once it's placed. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take several days. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or orders requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.


Shipping process

On average, we need 2-5 business days to process your order and send it to our carrier's sorting center. Around holidays or for very popular products, this can take up to 10 days .

Once your order has been processed by our shipping department, no changes can be made (including address changes). We only ship to the address provided at checkout.

We ship only on business days, not on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email .

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately and delivered on different dates depending on the location of our product partners.


Tracking

All orders are shipped with a track & trace number . You will receive this by email once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

With some carriers, it may take a few days for tracking information to appear. If you don't see tracking information after 5 business days , please contact us.


Delivery times (estimated)

  • Netherlands: 4-8 working days

  • Europe: 10-14 business days

  • Canada & United States: 10-21 business days

Please note: these delivery times are estimates in business days and exclude our processing time of 2-5 days.

We do our utmost to deliver your order on time, but Nevarre cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as customs procedures, holidays, extreme weather, strikes, or carrier delays.


Taxes and import duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees. These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Nevarre has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount of these charges.

If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import duties and return shipping costs incurred.


Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Nevarre is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking indicates your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please report this and/or file a claim with the carrier.

We use the timestamped data from tracking links and delivery confirmations from the carrier to assess claims. If you do not report damage in a timely manner, we may not be able to honor your request.


Incorrect address

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address before placing the order. Because we begin processing your order immediately, we cannot make any changes once it has been processed.
